Lauren Brzozowski is a dynamic force on the U.S. Bobsled National Team, bringing precision, grit, and a fierce competitive edge to the ice track. A former Division I track and field athlete at Monmouth University, Lauren’s athleticism and speed made her a natural fit for bobsledding, where she quickly rose through the ranks as a pilot.
Hailing from New Jersey, Lauren combines her background in sprinting with sharp leadership and technical skill, guiding her sled with confidence on some of the world’s most challenging tracks. Off the ice, she’s passionate about inspiring the next generation of athletes and is an advocate for women in sport.
Driven by excellence and a relentless work ethic, Lauren continues to push boundaries in pursuit of international podium finishes, proudly representing Team USA on the global stage.

ACCOLADES
First Woman to Win Overall Monobob Title in IBSF North American Cup: Brzozowski made history by becoming the first woman to secure the overall monobob award in the IBSF North American Cup division.
2nd Place at 2022 National Push Championship: She showcased her strength and speed by placing second overall as a bobsled pilot at the 2022 National Push Championship in Lake Placid.
Gold Medal in Park City, Utah (2023–24 Season): She clinched her first gold medal as part of the U.S. national team during the 2023–24 season in Park City, Utah.
7th Place at 2022 IBSF Junior World Championships: In her European debut, Brzozowski piloted the U.S. sled to a seventh-place finish in the two-woman bobsled competition at the 2022 IBSF Junior World Championships in Igls, Austria.
